Thanks so much Dan for helping me get this up and in the right direction...he made some EXCELLENT announcements...
- Bianca encourages you to get new shoes often, especially if your feet hurt!
- The martial arts folks are asking to please stay off their mats, especially when using the drinking fountain, as they are concerned about tracking stuff onto the mats (where they commonly walk around barefoot).
I will add to that:
- Get new shoes when any part of the lower half of your body hurts - knees, hips, ankles...it makes a difference
- BUY CROSS TRAINERS - not running shoes! This is very important to avoid ankle injuries so you can all keep coming to class and stay fit!
