Saturday June 6th Sub at Gold Coast

Workout Memorial Day Weekend -Double Good news and Bad news

Good News is...I requested that they NOT cancel either of my Saturday classes on Memorial Day Weekend (usually it is a condensed schedule) and I was ensured they would BOTH be on the schedule!
Bad News is...Old Town location is CLOSED on Monday so there is NO CLASSES on Memorial Day May 25th.
2nd Good News is...if you do not have the Gold Coast membership, YOUARE ALLOWED to come just this weekend for free to Gold Coast - so come workout:
Saturday May 23rd
Step 10-11am
MSC 11-noon
...it will justify all the junk you will consume at the barbques the rest of the weekend!

Sub Dates

You can subscribe to this blog with your email address and receive notifications via email of new posts. If I have a last minute sub I will immediately post to this even site, even if I am on the road, I can update it from my phone. I will post ALL sub dates on this website! (I promise)

Below are my only sub dates in the foreseeable future...
Saturday May 9th - Daniela @ Gold Coast 10am Step, 11am MSC

10% possibility of a sub on a monday or wednesday either the week of May 11th-13th or May 18th-20th.

  • Satuday June 6th - I am supposed to go to a wedding out of town. The flight is not booked yet and neither is the substitute.
  • Saturday June 20th - I am tenatively supposed to go on a trip for work (Aspen Food & Wine Fest!) but the flight is not booked yet and trip is not confirmed.
  • Saturday July 4th - NO CLASS (I am assuming)
  • Satuday Aug. 1st - I will not be teaching - sub is TBD

Thanks so much Dan for helping me get this up and in the right direction...he made some EXCELLENT announcements...
  • Bianca encourages you to get new shoes often, especially if your feet hurt!
  • The martial arts folks are asking to please stay off their mats, especially when using the drinking fountain, as they are concerned about tracking stuff onto the mats (where they commonly walk around barefoot).
I will add to that:
  • Get new shoes when any part of the lower half of your body hurts - knees, hips, ankles...it makes a difference
  • BUY CROSS TRAINERS - not running shoes! This is very important to avoid ankle injuries so you can all keep coming to class and stay fit!
