Teaching tonight but SUBS this week!

I know the weather is getting nasty but I AM TEACHING tonight and hope you can venture out in to the snow to come get a great workout in! 

I am out of town for a full week on a fun vacation followed immediately by a work trip (not the best timing with them being back to back, unfortunately).
