Sub tonight - snowed in!

I have to get a sub tonight for my classes. I was not able to make it back from Michigan due to the tollway getting closed in Indiana. Daniela is subbing for me! I'm so sorry! I will be back for all classes on Wednesday including yeaching chisel again!

This Saturday, Wednesday Chisel is Back and NEW YEARS RESOLUTIONS

I am teaching my classes this Saturday - Hope to see you there for my first classes of 2014! Let's start 2014 STRONG!

WEDNESDAY NIGHT CHISEL with Bianca is BACK ON!
Wednesday Class Schedule:
5:30-6pm Fit Core
6pm-6:45pm WERQ - Fun & Fierce Cardio Dance Class
6:45-7:30pm CHISEL with Bianca!

New Years Resolution time is in full effect. Classes will be very full, but we will always make room for you and we will make the equipment work for everyone so keep coming!

Keys to Successful New Years Resolutions:
Only 8% of New Years Resolutions are successful! I want YOU to be in that 8%. Here are the top reasons why resolutions FAIL as well as tips to improve yours. Feel free to share them with me if you want some help staying on track!

  1. Vague Goals- When goals are too vague you are not going work towards them and will get the results you want (example: "Be healthier"). Make sure your goals are SPECIFIC, so that you can know that you acheived them and feel a sense of accomplishment (example: Work out 4 hours/week. or Eat 1 salad or vegetable meal/day.)
  2. Too Many Goals - Its very tempting to make a big list of things you resolve to accomplish, but studies show the more things you need to remember has a diminishing effect on your willpower. Start with 3 goals. Once you accomplish those or once they become habits, then add a new one. 
  3. No Support - Many people are not successful because they do not have support they need to accomplish their goals. Be sure to have friends, family, colleagues or group fitness instructors (like Bianca) who support you in accomplishing your goals. Share your resolutions so you have peers to help you follow through and hold you accountable. 
  4. Guilt - Feeling guilt or being ashamed because you slipped up does NOT HELP you. The more negative you are the more likely you are to lapse again. It has a snowball effect! Stay Positive. When you mess up, FORGIVE yourself and improve - stay positive!
