My flights are on time and I am good to teach ABS and STEP class today Wednesday March 6th! Hope you can make it!
I have a sub for only Chisel and WERQ today March 6th (so sorry I have to fly back out, very sad)

CHISEL 6:45-7:30pm - Wendy
WERQ 7:30-8:15pm - Jennifer

**also WERQ will be canceled ONE DAY ONLY on March 21st for a special SPRING EQUINOX YOGA class. The change is ONLY FOR THAT 1 DAY.
