SUBSCRIBE VIA EMAIL

Hooray! I finally figured out how to add a "subscribe via email" link on my page! It is located in the upper left side of the page. I am very excited about this new addition to the blog. Keep in mind I really only post a couple times a month so you will not be inundated with a plethora of emails.

There is one downfall to this email update (which I think I limited to the best possible situation). It only sends out one update per day at a designated TIME! I selected the TIME to be from 3-5pm, thinking that IF there is a LAST MINUTE sub then as long as I update the blog before 3pm then you will still get the email that day. Although it does not give you much time to adjust your plans, hopefully it prevents you from racing to the gym only to find out I am not there. Back in Action

I hope everyone is back from holiday gluttony and ready to work off those extra lbs (that you hopefully did NOT gain this season). I am excited to be back this Saturday! Wednesdays classes were awesome and you should expect nothing less for Saturday!

Sub tonight!

I am so sad to say that I had issues with flight home today and won't make it in time for class tonight. Not sure who the sub will be. I will be at class on Wednesday!
