Back in town, ready to shape up in December!

I am back in town and teaching ALL CLASSES except the last week of the month between Christmas and New years (which both fall on Saturdays so there is no class on Dec 25th and Jan 1). I will be back for class on January 4th with New Years Resolutions in full swing.
I ordered some new music so we will have all new tunes next week - yay! I will throw some 80's and 90's CDs in for tomorrow so we don't have to listen to all the hits of September and October that I can't stand to listen to anymore.
Hope to see you all at class tomorrow (Saturday) or in the next weeks to shape up before the holidays shape us! New step combos for tomorrow as well.

DECEMBER CHALLENGE - 100 SQUAT Calf Raises (squat and reach one hand or both hands to the floor then come up and reach one hand or both hands to the ceiling - alternating sides or both hands, your call). If you hate counting just do 2 minutes of squats calf raises and reach for the ceiling when you do the calf raise.
