Bianca is teaching this Saturday - wake up & get movin!

Bianca will be teaching this SATURDAY! there are a few remaining days for squat kicks...get 'em done!
Come this Wednesday and Saturday (to make up for all the squat kicks you missed this month) for the last classes of squat kicking AND Saturday we will have a new CHALLENGE as well!

Next sub dates are: Oct 9th and Oct 13th...other than that, see you at class!
