Nov 21-Dec 5:

Mon Nov 23 - Old Town 5:30 Abs, 6pm Step, 6:45pm MSC - Anne
Wednesday Nov 25- Bianca's Old Town CLASSES CANCELED FOR THANKSGIVING Schedule
Saturday Nov 28 - Bianca's Gold Coast CLASSES CANCELED for Thanksgiving Schedule
Mon Nov 30 - Old Town 5:30abs, 6pm STep, 6:45pm MSC - Anne
Wed Dec 2 - Old Town 5:30pm Abs, 6pm Step, 6:45pm MSC - Daniela
Saturday Dec. 5 - Gold Coast 10am Step, 11am MSC - Anne

Abs sub today!

I had a meeting run late in Wisconsin so I had to get a sub for Abs just knowing I will be running a little late but I am coming to teach step and msc. Just praying traffic doesn't hold me up too much! See you tonight!

Sub this Monday and Holiday vacations

Sub on MONDAY this week is Daniela. She will be subbing all 3 of my classes: Abs, Step and MSC! I am really bummed to have to get a sub for this class but my boss is flying in for a meeting and decided he wants to spend the night in Milwaukee so I have to stay up there instead of driving back after the meeting (which of course I would prefer to do).

I WILL be teaching:
Wednesday Nov 11
Saturday Nov 14
Monday/Wednesday Nov. 16th & 18th.

I will be gone for my annual big vacations over Thanksgiving and Christmas so pay attention for subs to be posted soon as well as limited class schedules for the holildays. Here are the dates I will be gone:
Nov 20 Friday - Sunday Dec 6 (going to Cambodia and Thailand)
Dec 24 Thursday - Monday Jan 4 (to visit Mom in Park City, UT then to Playa del Carmen, MX)

Subs this week!

I am sad to inform you that I will be gone this week.
Daniela will be teaching Abs and step on Monday and Wednesday.

Quitin (who also teaches yoga after my class) will be teaching MSC on Monday. It is still TBD who will teach MSC on Wednesday.

I will be teaching Saturday! I probablly have to get a sub next Monday also so check back....I am so sorry!
